By accessing or using DataCastLab's services, website (datacastlab.com), or any of our Telegram bot solutions (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DataCastLab.

DataCastLab provides AI-powered Telegram bot solutions for market data aggregation, news delivery, and trading intelligence. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify DataCastLab of any unauthorized use of your account. DataCastLab is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
DataCastLab reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, DataCastLab may suspend or terminate your access to paid Services.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our Services without prior written consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our bots or software
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
- Use automated means to access our Services in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or places undue burden on our infrastructure
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, bots, algorithms, designs, and other materials provided through our Services are the intellectual property of DataCastLab or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
8. Third-Party Services and Content
Our Services aggregate and deliver content from third-party sources including news outlets, exchanges, and market data providers. DataCastLab does not own or control this third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or legality. Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience only.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DATACASTLAB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
In no event shall DataCastLab's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the total amount paid by you to DataCastLab in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DataCastLab and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. DataCastLab may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we determine that your use of the Services poses a risk to DataCastLab, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
DataCastLab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
